Case Study 01

Frontline Health Workers, Sindh, Pakistan

Outcome

Self-produced content capability that stayed with the team

40 frontline health workers across Sindh province. The grant required social media content production as a deliverable. The grantee organization had no creative team and no production budget. The project was on track to fail on its content deliverables.

I designed a behavior-first AI training built around three Urdu words: Pehlay, Phir, Abb. Before. Then. Now. A simple framework workers could internalize in minutes and apply across topics.

I produced an AI-generated training video in 47 minutes. Voice, images, song. The workers learned by watching, not by being lectured.

In the weeks that followed, the cohort produced their own behavior change content using the framework. The capability stayed with them after I left.

SBC Training Cohort for Development Sector Leaders

Outcome

100% recommend rate · 4.5/5 score

40+ leaders from multiple development organizations across South Asia. Two cohorts delivered over a six-week period. The objective was to upgrade their social and behavior change (SBC) capability for AI-augmented program design.

Curriculum covered: COM-B model, behavior change frameworks, AI-assisted formative research, and rapid prototyping of behavior change interventions.

Cohort outcomes: 100% recommend rate. 4.5/5 average satisfaction score. Multiple participants went on to become cascade trainers in their own organizations.
