About
Twenty years of work, mostly with people most consultants will never meet.

I am Usman Zahid. For twenty years I have designed behavior change programs for organizations needing humans to do something different in their daily work. UNICEF on vaccination. IOM on safe migration. World Bank on water tariff payment. Forty frontline health workers in Sindh on digital communication.
The science of behavior change is the same whether the behavior is a vaccination decision or a knowledge worker opening an AI tool instead of Google. Most enterprise AI training fails because the program around the tool was designed for delivery, not for use.
Adopt AI Lab is the work I do for mid-sized enterprises in Pakistan, the Gulf, and India. One workshop. One agent built for your team. One Day 30 call to verify what is in use. No theatre. No fifty-page playbooks no one opens.
The Work
Twenty years across UN agencies, governments, and behavior change campaigns.
My work has included:
- UNICEF immunization campaigns across Pakistan, Afghanistan, and parts of East Africa
- World Bank water and sanitation behavior change programs
- IOM social cohesion and migration communication work
- Government polio eradication initiatives at provincial and national levels
- Nutrition behavior change campaigns funded by major development partners
- Climate resilience programs for rural communities
Across all of it, I have applied the same framework: identify the behavior, redesign the environment around it, build the capability to sustain it.
The Pivot
Eighteen months ago, I started building AI agents.
When ChatGPT 4 became reliable enough for real work, I noticed something. The teams I had trained for years were now stuck again. They had AI tools but no idea how to fold them into their workflows. The skill gap had moved.
So I started building. Working AI agents for project management. Content review. Operations. Each one taught me what AI adoption inside a real team actually requires.
What I learned: AI adoption is behavior change. Same principles. Same playbook. The tool is new. The work of changing how people actually behave is not.
This site is the result of that combination. Behavior science plus working AI. For the teams that need both.

The 5-day Workshop + Agent Build engagement is the work I most enjoy doing. If your team needs both behavior change and a working agent, we should talk.
