Day 1
AI Adoption Workshop
One full day, in-person or virtual. 10 to 20 leaders from your team.
Built on 20 years of behavior change methodology used by UNICEF, World Bank, and IOM. This is not a generic "intro to AI" session. We work through real workflows from your operations.
By the end of Day 1, your team has identified one workflow to redesign with AI, scoped what the agent should do, and committed to the redesign timeline.

- How to identify the right workflow to redesign first

Weeks 2 and 3
Custom Agent Build
I build the agent. Async, remote, on my schedule. Your team continues their regular work without interruption.
We schedule one or two short check-ins during these weeks to confirm design choices and integrate with your tools. The agent is configured for your environment, connected to your tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Notion, email, calendar), and tested before deployment.

Day 2
Deployment and Team Training
Half to full day, in-person or virtual.
The agent goes live in your environment. Your team is trained to use it. We walk through the 30-day usage protocol that builds the habit before the energy fades.
By the end of Day 2, your team is using the agent. They have the credentials. They have the documentation. The agent runs.
Day 30
Follow-up Call
One hour, virtual. We address adoption issues, refine prompts, and adjust the protocol based on what is working and what is not.

Process
How to start.
The engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call. We map your team, your existing AI work, the workflow you want to redesign, and what success would look like for you.
If we both decide this engagement is the right fit, you receive a one-page agreement with the engagement details and timeline. Once signed, we schedule Day 1.
Most engagements deliver Day 2 (deployment) within 4 to 6 weeks of contract signing.
FAQ
Six common questions.
What if the agent does not work by Day 2?
By deployment day the agent is running. The scope of the agent is intentionally bounded to what can be built in 2-3 weeks of async work. If during the build we discover the workflow needs more scope, we tell you immediately and offer options: smaller scope agent at the same price, or extend the engagement at a quoted rate.
Do you support the agent after Day 30?
Not in the base engagement. The 60-minute follow-up call at Day 30 covers most issues. Beyond that, if you need ongoing agent maintenance and team coaching, that is a separate retainer scoped on the call.
Can you build agents that touch sensitive data?
We work with the data sensitivity you authorize. Most clients start with a low-sensitivity workflow as a proof point. Once your team trusts the agent, we can have a separate conversation about expanding to higher-sensitivity workflows.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. NDA signed before the discovery call if you require it.
Can you deliver fully virtually?
Yes. Workshop adapts to Zoom format. Agent build is the same. Travel costs are removed for virtual delivery.
Can we extend the engagement to two workflows?
Yes. Each additional workflow is roughly half the base engagement price, since the workshop content does not need to be repeated. Discuss during the discovery call.
