Frontline health workers · Sindh, Pakistan
Behavior-first AI training for 40 frontline health workers. Outcome: self-produced content capability that stayed with the team.
For CHROs and HR Directors. Pakistan, the Gulf, India.
I work with mid-sized enterprises of 100 to 1,000 employees to make AI adoption stick. One in-person workshop. An agent built for your team in the weeks after. A Day 30 call to verify what is in use.
Book a 30-minute callThe Problem
73% of HR Directors have adopted AI personally. Only 27% of HR functions deploy AI in their daily operations. The gap is not skill. The gap is the workflow that surrounds the skill.
Generic AI workshops produce certificates. They do not produce changed behavior. Without a workflow redesign, the skill has nowhere to land. Teams return to inboxes that did not shrink, deadlines that did not move, and managers who do not know how to ask a different question on Monday.
This is why most enterprise AI rollouts stall at month six.
We combine a 1-day behavior-first AI workshop with a 2-3 week custom agent build and a deployment day. Your team leaves with both the skills to use AI and a working agent already deployed in your environment.
The workshop is built on 20 years of behavior change methodology used by UNICEF, World Bank, and IOM. The agent is custom-built for one of your real workflows, configured for your tools, and deployed live by the end of the engagement.
You own the agent. You own the capability. You own the workflow redesign that produced both.
Who This Is For
You are a CHRO, COO, or Head of Operations at a company with 100 to 1,000 employees. You have tried generic AI training before and seen low adoption. You have a specific workflow you want to redesign. You want a real artifact at the end of the engagement, not just a deck.
If that is you, we should talk.

Founder Note
I am Usman Zahid. I have spent 20 years applying behavior change methodology to real problems with vulnerable populations. UNICEF immunization campaigns. World Bank water and sanitation programs. IOM social cohesion work. Government polio and nutrition initiatives.
In the last 18 months I have been combining that experience with applied AI. I have built and deployed working AI agents for project management, content review, and operations. I have trained over a thousand people in behavior-first methodologies.
This engagement combines both. It is the work I most enjoy doing.
